Since you already tried to Update your Surface Dock, please try these other May I know which Surface model do you have? How about the other ports on the dock like the USB ports, try to check if the Surface is still able to read USB drives connected through the dock. When you plugged in the Surface Dock to the Surface device, does the tip/LED on the connector lit up or not?
